Is it time to start a new relationship with yourself?
Living Like Water
Clear Stream Counseling is rooted in the philosophy that the best way to navigate life is to live like water—fluid, adaptable, and clear. Water embraces everything in its path—the turbulence, the calm, the falls, and the barriers—surrendering without resistance yet always finding a way forward. It allows joy to pass without grasping and hardship to flow without resistance. In letting go of both clinging and avoidance, we remain clear. And in that clarity, we gain the vision to see what we truly desire and the capacity to reach it.
I’d love to help you learn to live like water.
My Approach
In my therapy practice, I integrate a diverse range of modalities to provide a comprehensive and personalized approach to mental and emotional well-being. While these tools help illuminate your experience, our work will be founded on a collaborative relationship. From this foundation, two essential elements emerge: Trust and Vulnerability. These are the cornerstones of self-discovery and healing. With this strong foundation, we can effectively use therapeutic tools to explore, challenge, and transform your present experience.
FAQ
What populations do you work with?
I primarily work with adult individuals and adolescents. My clients, most often, are athletes, entrepreneurs, and artist. They are experiencing performance anxiety, creative blocks, imposter syndrome, isolation, injuries, and stress or burnout. Theses symptoms have grown to a point where they are interfering with their day to day life.
How do you offer therapy?
I offer in-person and telehealth (online) sessions. Your personal preferences and needs can be discussed. Many of my clients appreciate the ease and convince on telehealth.
Cost/Insurance?
I offer 50-minute psychotherapy sessions for $150. I accept the following insurance providers. Cigna, Aetna, Medicaid, United.
While weekly therapy sessions are typically recommended for the most consistent progress, I also work with clients who prefer biweekly or even monthly sessions. Together, we can create a schedule that fits your needs and lifestyle.
Therapy fosters change through a gradual, ongoing process, rather than a quick, dramatic shift. Because of this, it’s helpful to view therapy as a long-term investment in yourself, rather than a one-time expense. Over the course of a year, clients can expect to spend between $2,000 and $5,000 on therapy.
