Frequently Asked Questions

What populations do you work with?

I primarily work with adult individuals and adolescents. My clients, most often, are athletes, entrepreneurs, and artist. They are experiencing performance anxiety, creative blocks, imposter syndrome, isolation, injuries, and stress or burnout. Theses symptoms have grown to a point where they are interfering with their day to day life.

How do you offer therapy?

I offer in-person and telehealth (online) sessions. Your personal preferences and needs can be discussed. Many of my clients appreciate the ease and convince on telehealth.

Cost/Insurance?

I offer 50-minute psychotherapy sessions for $125. I accept the following insurance providers. Cigna, Aetna, Medicaid, United.

While weekly therapy sessions are typically recommended for the most consistent progress, I also work with clients who prefer biweekly or even monthly sessions. Together, we can create a schedule that fits your needs and lifestyle.

Therapy fosters change through a gradual, ongoing process, rather than a quick, dramatic shift. Because of this, it’s helpful to view therapy as a long-term investment in yourself, rather than a one-time expense. Over the course of a year, clients can expect to spend between $2,000 and $5,000 on therapy.
